· Painkillers (ex: ibuprofen and paracetamol)
· Anti-flu/cold medication and vitamins (ex: Lemsip, zinc, vitamin C, Sudafed, etc.)
· Wound dressing materials (ex: gauze, cotton, latex-free gloves, scissors, tape, wound disinfectant etc.)
· First Aid kits
· Warm Blankets (fleece is good since it stays dry)
· Thermals/base layers
